Is this a monthly subscription?
No, this is a one-time purchase. Currently all payments are one time only, but we may be adding a monthly subscription in the future.
Can I get a refund?
Contact us on our support server within a week of purchase to get a refund. Refunds will not be given if you have already used the perks.
How do I apply perks to my guild?
Premium perks are currenty user based, so only you will receive the perks. To unlock perks for other users you can use our gifting system.
What happens if I don't get my perks?
Please contact us on our support server and we will help you get your perks, if you have not received them within 24 hours of purchase.
